You'll serve as a strategic architect for revenue growth, leading a pod of Client Success Managers to drive customer expansion beyond standard renewals. You'll translate technical wins into compelling business outcomes while building executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own commercial roadmap and revenue growth for a pod of high-priority accounts
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews to ensure accuracy and identify upsell triggers
  • Create and deliver business reviews demonstrating ROI to executive stakeholders
  • Personally lead complex contract renewals and pricing negotiations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in digital marketing or ad-tech with client success focus
  • Proven history of hitting growth and retention targets on a personal book of business
  • Commercial experience selling Programmatic/Media or Analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling or consulting on Cloud-based solutions or Advanced Analytics projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent
  • Ability to navigate industry changes like privacy regulations and cookie deprecation
