You'll serve as a strategic architect for revenue growth, leading a pod of Client Success Managers to drive customer expansion beyond standard renewals. You'll translate technical wins into compelling business outcomes while building executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own commercial roadmap and revenue growth for a pod of high-priority accounts
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews to ensure accuracy and identify upsell triggers
- Create and deliver business reviews demonstrating ROI to executive stakeholders
- Personally lead complex contract renewals and pricing negotiations
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in digital marketing or ad-tech with client success focus
- Proven history of hitting growth and retention targets on a personal book of business
- Commercial experience selling Programmatic/Media or Analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth

- Experience selling or consulting on Cloud-based solutions or Advanced Analytics projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent
- Ability to navigate industry changes like privacy regulations and cookie deprecation
