You will oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems at MSG Sphere, managing a team of venue electricians and engineers to support a 20,000-guest entertainment venue. This role involves directing preventative maintenance, ensuring code compliance, monitoring utilities, and managing budgets.

• Progressive experience managing physical plant operations in a public assembly facility over 500,000 SF

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop engineering and electrical departments with emphasis on safety and code compliance
• Manage preventative maintenance program for physical plant
• Ensure adherence to all safety and building codes
