You'll drive performance quality and operational excellence across customer-facing processes in a fast-paced service delivery environment. You'll analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities that directly impact service quality and business outcomes.

- Analyze performance data to identify key drivers and trends
- Lead calibration sessions to ensure quality standards adherence
- Deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a quality lead, performance analytics, or operational excellence role
- Strong understanding of quality management frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
