Description

You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2-5 DevOps engineers while staying hands-on to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code, drive cloud modernization on Azure, and improve reliability, scalability, and security. This role combines strategic leadership with technical execution to shape the DevOps practice.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, networking, identity, platform services)
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, or Azure PaaS
• Proven success as a DevOps Lead or Manager with direct people leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team (2–5 engineers)
• Define and execute Azure DevOps vision and roadmap
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Drive cloud modernization initiatives and scalable delivery
