You'll provide desktop and service desk support at Esri's Redlands headquarters, resolving issues in person and remotely. You'll ensure service level agreements are met while maintaining the service queue. This role offers growth in a dynamic environment with industry-leading benefits.

  • Resolve and monitor service requests via phone, IM, or email.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, printer, and handheld device issues.
  • Assist with hardware setup, software deployment, and documentation.
  • Coordinate equipment delivery and configuration with colleagues.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in helpdesk/end user support.
  • Experience with desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Exchange, VPN, Active Directory, and Office Products.
  • A+ or similar certification.
