💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines retail leadership with a mission to fight hunger through our partnership with Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor when needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising updates

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise products using store equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
