You'll lead complex onboarding projects for enterprise healthcare clients, configuring and implementing Inovalon's data-driven solutions. Your work will drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes and healthcare economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for large enterprise implementations
• Manage customer onboarding from intake call to go-live
• Document implementation activities and suggest process improvements
• Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience implementing or supporting software with high transaction volume
• Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271)
• Project management fundamentals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Salesforce.com proficiency
• Knowledge of healthcare quality reporting
