💼 About This Role

You'll develop cutting-edge imitation learning algorithms for wheeled-legged robots performing real-world doorstep delivery. Your work will enable robots to autonomously execute actions from demonstrations and sensor data, pushing the boundaries of physical AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop imitation learning algorithms like diffusion policies for robot autonomy.
• Design and test algorithms for real-world manipulation tasks.
• Construct and expand imitation learning datasets using demonstrations.
• Collaborate with reinforcement learning team on sim-to-real methods.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
• Minimum of 3 years industry or research experience (PhD counts).
• Strong deep learning fundamentals including supervised learning and generative AI.
• Experience deploying neural networks on hardware platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Robotics, CS, or related field with research experience.
• Publications at top-tier conferences (e.g., ICRA, CoRL, NeurIPS).
• Experience managing a software team.
