Description

You will perform experiments and assays under the guidance of Senior Scientists, learn analytical and computational methods, assist in assay development, keep meticulous records, prepare biological samples, and support lab operations in a cutting-edge molecular diagnostics company.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Molecular and Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biophysics, Biochemistry or related field
• 1-2 years research experience (during BS/MS or after)
• Experience with PCR, electrophoresis, DNA purifications
• Ability to quickly learn mathematical and analytical concepts
• High mathematical and statistical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments and assays under guidance of Senior Scientists
• Learn analytical and computational methodologies and analyze results
• Assist Senior Scientists in assay development
• Keep accurate and meticulous records of experimental details and results
• Prepare biological samples and reagents to accelerate R&D process
