💼 About This Role

You'll be the inaugural support hire for a healthtech startup building software to improve behavioral healthcare. You'll resolve customer inquiries and operational issues independently, enabling Account Managers to focus on strategic relationships. This role is key to optimizing service delivery and enhancing customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer inquiries and investigation requests, resolving cases independently
  • Diagnose operational and financial issues, escalating complex cases
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for common support scenarios
  • Create and optimize workflows to improve response times
