💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier 2/3 support for enclave IT systems at Ft. Meade. You'll configure and maintain UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments while ensuring security compliance. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1-3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Manage account lifecycle including creation, modification, and removal
• Perform periodic vulnerability scans and apply security patches
• Coordinate with ISSO/ISO for change management compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years experience (or 14 years without degree)
• IAT Level 2 certification required
• Computing Environment certification (Microsoft or Red Hat/CentOS)
• TS/SCI clearance with both polygraphs required

✨ Nice to Have

• Four years of ITSM experience
• Understanding of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client, and VDI
