💼 About This Role

You'll build Spotify's video podcast ecosystem in Korea, onboarding high-potential creators and media partners. You'll act as a trusted partner, using data to drive growth and manage editorial surfaces for optimal content placement. This 10-month contract role reports to the Managing Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard high-potential video podcast creators.
• Manage editorial surfaces and optimize content placement.
• Execute 360-degree promotional campaigns for podcast launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and global teams.

📋 Requirements

• Business development experience with creator partnerships.
• Analytical skills using Tableau or Looker.
• Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Experience managing editorial calendars and campaign workflows.
