You'll drive large, strategic partnerships with major growers and farm management companies across California, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-region contracts. Your work will accelerate adoption of AI-powered farming technology that reduces food waste and improves grower profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and grow enterprise accounts (100K+ acres of serviceable market)
  • Lead high-value sales cycles from discovery through signature
  • Build trusted relationships with farm executives and tech leads
  • Identify high-ROI pilot opportunities and guide customers through them

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of agriculture or ag-tech sales experience
  • Proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers
  • Deep understanding of agricultural sales cycle
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25%
