You'll drive large, strategic partnerships with major growers and farm management companies across California, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-region contracts. Your work will accelerate adoption of AI-powered farming technology that reduces food waste and improves grower profitability.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and grow enterprise accounts (100K+ acres of serviceable market)
- Lead high-value sales cycles from discovery through signature
- Build trusted relationships with farm executives and tech leads
- Identify high-ROI pilot opportunities and guide customers through them
📋 Requirements
- 5-8+ years of agriculture or ag-tech sales experience
- Proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers
- Deep understanding of agricultural sales cycle
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25%
