Description

As a Renewals Specialist at Netskope, you will manage existing mid-market customer accounts, develop retention strategies to achieve high renewal rates, and upsell products and services. Your goal is to overachieve on renewal revenue targets through comprehensive account management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales
  • B2B quota-carrying sales experience or 2+ years Sales Development experience in a technology company
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Competitively driven, curious about Sales and Technology, eager to learn
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service and support

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful use of Netskope
  • Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90%+ renewal rate
  • Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers
  • Overachieve on renewal revenue targets through comprehensive account management
  • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy and handle pricing/contract negotiation
