💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex energy project finance transactions for a fast-growing renewable energy company backed by Carlyle. Your work will directly enable the development and construction of billions of dollars in clean energy projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and structure project finance transactions for renewable energy projects.
• Manage internal teams, external advisors, and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence responses and maintain investor relationships.
• Mentor less experienced team members and foster a high-performance culture.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in energy project financing with closed tax equity transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the Washington D.C. office 3 days per week (or relocate to specified offices).

• MBA or CFA certification.
• Experience with project management software.
