As an ALO Sales Associate, you'll drive sales goals by creating authentic connections with customers and educating them on our products and community. You'll be a product expert and contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer-focused sales
• Passion for customer service
• High energy and optimistic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals
• Ensure customer engagement and friendly environment
• Develop daily customer relationships
• Assist with shipping, merchandising, and restocking
• Execute entry/exit procedures per policy
