• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Japan office
• Support social insurance and statutory filings
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR matters

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in HR operations
• Working knowledge of Japan social insurance system
• Fluent Japanese and English
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or automation platforms
