You'll manage the full spectrum of HR functions for Xsolla's Japan office, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You'll serve as the primary HR point of contact, driving employee engagement initiatives and handling complex employee relations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure HR compliance with Japanese labor laws
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Administer payroll with external vendors
• Resolve employee relations issues and guide policies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience handling full lifecycle
• Japanese labor law and social insurance expertise
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
