You'll design, build, and scale AI systems that solve complex problems in compensation and compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with data scientists and engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions. This role offers the chance to explore emerging AI tools and translate them into real-world applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy production AI/ML systems.
• Build and maintain LLM-based applications using context engineering.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition proofs of concept to production.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products via APIs and microservices.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for model accuracy and reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience deploying AI systems in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Firebase, Vertex AI).
• Working knowledge of Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies for accuracy and hallucinations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and agent frameworks.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and LLM architectures.
