Description

You'll join Stripe's 12-month intensive training program, embedding with a host team to own the entire product lifecycle — from user discovery to deployment — while focusing on AI-enabled solutions. This role is for early-career builders who want to ship high-quality features at global scale and transition into a full-time Product Manager role upon completion.

Requirements

• New grad or 0-2 years professional experience
• CS or engineering degree
• Proven ability to build through internships, projects, or school
• Problem-solving and coding skills
• Desire to work in-person in SF, NYC, or Seattle

Responsibilities

• Embed with users to understand needs and forge AI-enabled solutions
• Own product lifecycle from discovery through deployment and iteration
• Navigate codebases and push through technical constraints
• Refine workflows and tooling to increase leverage
• Deliver meaningful features weekly with a focus on quality
