As a Barista at Blank Street, you will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare quality coffee and beverages using top-tier equipment, and help create a welcoming neighborhood cafe experience. You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality industry experience
• Availability 3 days per week (24 hours total)

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming service
• Prepare drinks using the Eversys cameos and shot masters
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards
• Participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
