You'll take ownership of scaling TikTok Shop operations and building a high-impact affiliate ecosystem that directly drives revenue. You'll work at the intersection of social commerce, influencer marketing, and performance analytics, turning creator partnerships into measurable GMV growth. This role requires building systems from the ground up, experimenting with creator strategies, and continuously optimizing shop performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators via Affiliate Center and Creator Marketplace
• Build and manage an affiliate network focusing on engagement and revenue
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain creator relationships
• Launch TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Strong outreach and sales mindset with high-volume communication skills
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center and Seller Center
