Description

You will advocate Starlink's mission and capability to various regulatory bodies worldwide, including the International Telecommunications Union, and support regulatory licensing and compliance for the Starlink program. You'll leverage your policy and technical expertise to influence and manage the policy environment enabling global satellite internet service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school
• 1+ years experience in telecommunications, satellite policy, or engineering development
• Understanding of broadband policy and spectrum use
• Knowledge of telecommunications regulatory issues outside the U.S.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate for broadband and spectrum policies to further Starlink's success
• Draft pleadings, letters, and advocacy pieces for SpaceX's policy positions
• Represent SpaceX before intergovernmental organizations like ITU and national administrations
• Support regulatory licensing, compliance, and customer support for Starlink systems
• Provide strategic regulatory advice to business development efforts
