💼 About This Role

You'll provide excellent customer service to the mortgage lending industry and public on FHA guidelines and procedures. You'll navigate multiple systems to document contacts and keep up to date on processes. This role offers the opportunity to support a large Federal agency with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures
• Locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge requests
• Document all contacts in a database
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

📋 Requirements

• Two years working with FHA loans
• Three years of loan origination with conventional/government-backed loans
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
• High School diploma or GED

✨ Nice to Have

• Contact center experience (omnichannel)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• FHA knowledge/experience
