Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive qualified pipeline within enterprise accounts through account-based prospecting, executive engagement, and cross-sell/upsell motions. You'll partner with account executives to generate meetings that convert into revenue opportunities, focusing on high-value Fortune 1000 targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise SDR/ADR experience in complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated success prospecting into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to engage executive and senior technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting expansion motions within existing enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of account-based selling and multi-threading strategies
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new stakeholders in existing enterprise accounts for expansion
- Prospect into high-priority ICP enterprise accounts using ABM strategies
- Execute structured daily workflows aligned to account owner strategy and buying group priorities
- Engage VP+ executives and technical leaders with consultative value-based messaging
- Deliver qualified meetings that convert into opportunities and measurable pipeline
