💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents service lines at a specialty revenue cycle management company. You'll drive sustained revenue growth and operational excellence across a high-growth, PE-backed organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead through multiple layers of leadership and influence enterprise-wide transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and growth roadmap for WC and MVA service lines.
• Provide executive oversight of operational performance and revenue targets.
• Lead long-term capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop senior leadership, including the Vice President.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, and Client Delivery.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex claims (Workers' Comp, MVA).
• Proven success leading large operational teams and developing senior leaders.
