💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary BIM advocate and document control lead for xAI's capital projects, ensuring high-quality digital designs from design through construction. Your core impact will be protecting owner interests through model coordination and clash detection while providing hands-on Revit drafting for MEP systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans
• Lead interdisciplinary model coordination reviews to resolve clashes
• Perform hands-on Revit drafting for MEP systems
• Manage central BIM repositories and ensure version control

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in BIM management and Revit modeling
• 3-5 years focused on MEP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360/ACC
• Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, and LOD specifications

• Experience working on the owner's side or as owner's representative
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
