You'll design the end-to-end technical architecture for Ensono's new Managed AI Service portfolio, integrating cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies into scalable enterprise offerings. Your work will enable reliable delivery of AI services to clients through robust infrastructure and operational frameworks. This role offers the chance to shape a new product line from the ground up at a established managed service provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end architecture for Managed AI Service portfolio
• Architect MLOps pipelines and AI observability frameworks
• Define integration patterns for third-party AI platforms
• Collaborate with Security, CTO office, and Operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical architecture or cloud engineering
• Deep managed services background including operational support
• Expertise in Azure and/or AWS cloud architecture
• Experience with MLOps and AI infrastructure

• Experience in regulated industries
• FinOps or cloud cost management background
• Multi-tenant service architecture design
