You'll provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues for a cybersecurity company serving Fortune 500 clients. You'll support both in-person and distributed teams while managing IT tickets via JIRA and Slack.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to IT tickets via JIRA, Slack, and walk-ins
  • Conduct new hire onboarding sessions remotely
  • Install and configure macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
  • Manage SaaS application access and configurations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Extensive experience with macOS and Windows environments
  • Proficiency with Okta and SSO implementation
  • Administrator experience with Google Workspaces, Zoom, Slack, and M365

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with endpoint management systems like Jamf and Intune
  • Background in security fundamentals (malware, phishing, ransomware)
  • Awareness of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-171)
