You'll own the growth strategy for Binance's trading product, working with Product, Marketing, Data, and Regional teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This individual contributor role offers immediate ownership with potential to lead the entire product business line.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define KPIs and growth goals for trading product Convert
• Monitor dashboards and translate insights into action plans
• Design promotions, campaigns, and lifecycle programs
• Partner with Product and engineers to optimize flows and features

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in growth or business operations in fintech/trading
• Strong understanding of financial products and trading basics
• Proficient in Excel + SQL with a data-driven approach
• Ability to design promotions and growth initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Crypto/crypto exchange knowledge preferred
• Prior product or business ownership experience
