💼 About This Role

You'll support our EMEA customers and partners by resolving technical issues and providing outstanding service. You'll lead remote diagnosis of complex hardware, firmware, and software issues on Formlabs SLA and SLS systems. This hybrid role offers the chance to become a product expert and collaborate with global engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers, distributors, and resellers via phone, email, or chat
• Lead remote diagnosis and resolution of hardware, firmware, and software issues
• Train customers and resellers on Formlabs printers
• Manage complex technical escalations end-to-end
• Maintain rigorous case documentation

📋 Requirements

• Business-fluent in French and English
• STEM degree
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical support
• Excellent writing skills with proper spelling and grammar

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with 3D printing
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Familiarity with CAD, slicing software, or build preparation tools
