Description

You will lead complex accounting advisory projects for clients ranging from Fortune 100 enterprises to high-growth companies, providing technical accounting guidance and building trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or CMA certification
• 8+ years of professional services experience (public accounting or advisory firm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX
• Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Support clients on IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, spin-offs, audit readiness, and new accounting pronouncements
• Provide research-based guidance and technical accounting documentation
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts and project milestones to stakeholders
• Review team progress to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
