💼 About This Role

You'll own integrated media strategy across a portfolio of consumer brands, treating media investment as capital allocation to drive growth, efficiency, and brand impact. You'll orchestrate cross-channel delivery with operational rigor and partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to embed automation and AI-enabled insights into planning and optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Set investment strategy and own integrated media strategy across client portfolio
  • Lead development of full-funnel media plans with budget allocation and scenario planning
  • Partner with Channel leads to translate strategy into high-quality activation and outcomes
  • Apply modern measurement approaches (MMM, MTA, lift studies) to quantify impact
  • Mentor team members and support new business efforts

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in integrated digital media across retail, fashion, luxury or adjacent consumer categories
  • Proven ability to build and run integrated brand + performance strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/CTV
  • Strong platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, Google, The Trade Desk, CTV and related ecosystems
  • Advanced Excel proficiency plus data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, thinkcell)

  • Experience with advanced measurement approaches (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing)
  • Background in retail, fashion, or luxury consumer categories
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, analytics or related field
