🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal
• Lead leasing and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Hire, train, and coach team members to performance goals

📋 Requirements

• Two years of property management experience including leasing and assistant manager
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family
• Industry software experience with Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft

• CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, or Property Management license
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
