Requirements
- 1-2 years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Fluent in English, driven and competitive
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business worth several million dollars, responsible for growth and retention of high value accounts
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers
- Become a product expert on MongoDB and manage time efficiently
- Partner with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
