Description

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide compassionate home health services to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, monitor conditions, and document using a touch pad tablet, helping clients maintain independence and dignity at home.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
