💼 About This Role

You'll own the credit risk analytical function for PayJoy's Philippines business, based in Bangalore hub. You'll monitor portfolio performance, analyze policy changes, and build reporting infrastructure. This individual contributor role has a clear path to team leadership as the business scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance for the Philippines business.
• Perform data-driven analyses to assess impact of credit policy changes.
• Build analytical tools, dashboards, and automated reports using SQL and Python.
• Track predictive credit models in production and flag performance changes.
• Support compliance with BSP regulatory requirements for the Philippines market.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in credit risk, consumer lending, or analytical role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills used for real analytical work.
• Experience with credit scoring models or ML-based risk tools.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian lending markets or BSP regulations preferred.

• Experience with Philippines consumer finance landscape.
• Filipino language skills.
