💼 About This Role

You'll own the evolution of Forma's on-platform benefits marketplace, aiming to shift user behavior from off-platform claims to high-conversion on-platform redemptions. You'll partner with leadership to define strategy, run experiments, and deliver product experiences that increase engagement and spend. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce marketplace design and employee benefits innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the marketplace experience end-to-end.
• Design experiences that nudge users toward on-platform redemption.
• Drive measurable growth in Marketplace visits and conversion.
• Run structured experiments to optimize key metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• E-commerce or marketplace experience preferred
• Ability to analyze user behavior and spend data
• Proven track record of pushing ambitious products to market
