You'll design and optimize photopolymer formulations for 3D printing at Formlabs, bridging lab innovation to commercial launch. Your work will directly expand what's possible with additive manufacturing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize complex photopolymer formulations
  • Lead end-to-end transition of materials from lab to launch
  • Establish structure-process-property relationships via experiments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product development

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in polymer science, chemical engineering, chemistry, or materials science
  • Experience developing thermoset materials (epoxies, urethanes, acrylates)
  • Hands-on lab experimentation and data analysis
  • Track record of publication, IP, or product commercialization

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies
  • Programming and digital analysis (Python, JMP, MATLAB, Minitab)
  • Experience with high performance polymers, composites, or elastomers
