Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will act as a trusted advisor to top customers, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals. You'll build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and own the post-sales motion, including QBRs and product adoption assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS company
- Experience with networking or security software solutions
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Ability to listen, understand needs, and find sustainable solutions
- Must be located in DFW, Houston, or Austin
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigned account health, customer retention, and growth
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, CS, R&D)
- Own post-sales motion including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals, upsells
