• Partner with Product and Tech for scalable automated systems

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to own large-scale operational processes end-to-end
• Strong analytical depth using BI tools and Excel
• Deep understanding of financial implications of compensation design
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills
