💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CEO to architect a technology roadmap that transforms data into a competitive advantage. You'll lead the evolution of our tech stack with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce as our central nervous system. You'll drive data democratization and operational maturity across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on technology roadmap alignment
• Own Salesforce architectural strategy for scalable workflows
• Design integrations to break down data silos
• Move organization to proactive, automated engineering environment

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Operations or Systems Engineering with 3-5 years leadership
• Deep expertise and Salesforce certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ
• Proven experience with middleware and iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier)
• Ability to translate technical hurdles into clear business outcomes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
• Familiarity with ERP, BI, or Marketing Automation tools
