💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial control and reporting for a high-growth FTSE 250 company, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. You'll own the monthly accounting cycle, drive process improvements, and manage a team of six. This role offers exposure to strategic decision-making and a hybrid work model with a 28-day work-from-abroad policy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of six finance professionals
• Own the end-to-end monthly accounting and reporting cycle
• Deliver clear financial reporting and commentary to senior stakeholders
• Support budgeting, long-range planning and reforecasting

📋 Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 4+ years' post-qualification experience
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong background in financial management, reporting and controls
• Experience improving and automating processes in a fast-paced environment
