💼 About This Role

You'll keep the heartbeat of our recycling facility running strong by performing proactive maintenance and troubleshooting industrial equipment. You'll ensure advanced recycling machinery operates at peak performance in a safety-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on recycling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, and motors.
• Install new equipment and calibrate machines to improve uptime.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders.
• Hands-on skills with power/hand tools and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming.
• Skills in welding and metal fabrication.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
