🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct technical staff on complex projects
• Lead construction administration tasks including submittal reviews
• Mentor and develop Project Managers through training seminars
• Oversee technical accuracy of plans, specifications, and reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineering License (preferably Florida PE)
• 10+ years of specialized experience in Drinking Water Utilities
• Experience working with local clients and regulatory agencies
