Description

You will lead the loyalty product strategy at Skyscanner, shaping and delivering initiatives to enhance direct traveller relationships, retention, and lifetime value. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate vision into concrete capabilities, own the roadmap, and drive experimentation.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, building, or scaling loyalty programmes
  • Influential product leader comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Data-informed decision maker with experimentation experience
  • Platform confident to manage complex cross-system delivery
  • Ability to make smart product and UX decisions
