Description
You will lead the loyalty product strategy at Skyscanner, shaping and delivering initiatives to enhance direct traveller relationships, retention, and lifetime value. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate vision into concrete capabilities, own the roadmap, and drive experimentation.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, or scaling loyalty programmes
- Influential product leader comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders
- Data-informed decision maker with experimentation experience
- Platform confident to manage complex cross-system delivery
- Ability to make smart product and UX decisions
