You will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by executing inventory management processes, reducing shrink, and supporting key operational functions like shipment and floor set updates.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with General Manager to escalate gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities
