💼 About This Role
You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle at Sent, building the hiring function during our critical growth phase. You'll partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and close candidates. This role offers real ownership and the chance to shape our team as the first dedicated recruiter.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source candidates, manage pipeline in Ashby, run screens, and coordinate interviews
- Work with team leads to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
- Build recruiting infrastructure: interview processes, candidate experience, scalable systems
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring processes
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth company
- Track record of hiring across technical and non-technical functions
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Based in NYC or able to be in Flatiron office 3-4 days per week
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience hiring sales or go-to-market talent
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever ATS platforms
