Description

You will handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, while also preparing vacant apartments and maintaining the property grounds.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable personal transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and service ticket resolution
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Maintain building beauty and community safety through upkeep and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service and be on call for emergencies
