Description

You will lead the Core Data Engineering team, owning customer data integrations from raw ingestion to delivery, while improving processes and building tooling for speed and reliability. Your work directly reduces food waste and scales sustainable fresh food access.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong technical background in data engineering (Python, PySpark, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Databricks or Snowflake)
• Track record of shipping high-quality data integrations or ETL systems at scale
• Experience managing execution across multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated ability to improve team velocity through tooling, process, or automation

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of data engineers
• Own execution of customer integrations across multiple product lines
• Build core dataflows for new products with Product and ML teams
• Drive integration velocity via AI tooling, standard architecture, and contractor enablement
• Improve data quality and pipeline reliability with alerting and self-healing patterns
